Weather Notice: Primary Health clinics may close early on Wednesday, July 24th in the case of inclement weather leading to power outages.

Our Culture

Primary Health is proud to offer perhaps the most comprehensive healthcare training of any medical group in Idaho. New hires receive up to four weeks of engaging, interactive training before entering the clinic setting. Even if this is your first job in healthcare, our expert trainers will ensure you are proficient and confident  in your new role.

Flu Vaccine

We offer convenient, affordable flu vaccine services at many locations. Patients age 6 months and older can visit any urgent care clinic for a flu shot. No appointment is needed, and there is no exam fee associated with the visit. Family medicine patients can also request a flu shot at their next scheduled appointment.

With most insurance plans, your vaccine will be covered at 100% with no copay. We offer a special low price for self-pay patients.

Family Practice at Primary Health Medical Group

Primary Health Medical Group (PHMG) is an independent, predominantly primary care medical group with 17 clinics and more than 320,000 patient visits per year. At PHMG policy is set by physicians and decisions are made based on what the doctors believe will lead to the best patient care. Our clinics are based on a patient-centered medical home model that gives the family doctor the support and time that encourages trusting relationships with their patients. Patient and physician satisfaction is very high. Our clinics have both family practice and urgent care at the same site.

Specialists

In addition to family medicine and urgent care providers, we are pleased to offer a variety of specialists to meet your health care needs. Your family doctor may refer you to our specialists, and in some cases, self-referral is acceptable. Learn more about:
