Rylan Chan, P.A.-C.

Rylan Chan, P.A.-C., is a seasoned healthcare professional with over two decades of experience in various medical disciplines including sports medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, cardiology, and family practice. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Provo in 1999, followed by completing the Physician Assistant program at A.T. Still University – Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2001. He is a former certified Athletic Trainer and has worked with BYU’s National Championship Volleyball team in 1999 and football team as a student trainer.

Erin Shumard, P.A.-C.

Erin grew up in Idaho and has always had an interest in medicine. She worked as a nursing assistant during her college years at the University of Idaho, where she studied Biology and Spanish. She lived briefly in Alabama where she was an ER technician and an EMT-Basic for a volunteer rescue squad before returning home to the Treasure Valley. She attended Idaho State University, earning her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies degree and a Masters Certificate in Spanish for Health Care Providers. She speaks English and Spanish fluently.
