The first custom-built Primary Health clinic opened in Meridian, Idaho in 1993.
Primary Health - Rooted in Idaho
People sometimes ask if Primary Health is part of a national chain or a hospital system, and they’re often surprised to hear the answer is no. Primary Health was founded in 1993 in Boise, Idaho, and today we’ve grown to include 23 clinics in 7 cities.
Our patients receive the same high-quality care they would in a hospital setting, but in a more affordable and accessible manner.
