Jake will move into appointment-based pediatrics in August 2026.
Jake is a sixth-generation Idahoan who grew up in Moscow, Idaho. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Carroll College, graduating cum laude. During his time at Carroll, he competed as a collegiate decathlete and worked at a local hospital. These experiences helped shape his commitment to hard work, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
Jake went on to earn his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. During his clinical training, he completed rotations in pediatrics, family medicine, orthopedics, gynecology, oncology, emergency medicine, surgery, and internal medicine, providing him with a broad foundation in caring for patients across all stages of life.
As a pediatric physician assistant, Jake is passionate about building trusted relationships with children and their families while providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports healthy growth and development. He is truly honored to help care for and guide parents with such a crucial part of their lives. He and his wife are both physician assistants, and they are grateful to serve the Nampa community. They look forward to building their future and family in the Treasure Valley and caring for the families who call this area home.
Outside of the clinic, Jake enjoys fishing, snowboarding, and cheering on his favorite college sports teams.
