The Employer and Community Programs Manager will generate revenue via new sales of employer services to employers and third party administrators; and increase awareness of PHMG and its services across the community in general.  The Employer and Community Programs Manager will research and market new business in the Idaho Treasure Valley for injury care and risk services, connect with the community in meaningful ways such as health fairs, school events, etc., and manage and measure multiple complex projects. Other aspects of the job include providing customer service, problem solving, and technical and administrative support.  Qualified candidates must have knowledge of best practices related to sales, communication, client relations and customer service, be proficient skills in Windows and Excel, be able to learn new software programs quickly and have good general computer/keyboarding skills, be able to research and market new business, seek out sponsorship and community opportunities and help coordinate PHMG presence at events.  Must be willing to drive to attend events and meetings on a daily basis, sometimes on short notice.
