CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Applicants should have experience with medical terminology, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle multi-line phones a plus. Data entry/computer proficiency is required. One year experience in a medical office is preferred.

Venipuncture skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. Medical Assistants must have two years of experience to qualify for a position.

ARRT certification required. One to two years of experience preferred. Training will be provided to assist with additional nursing duties.
Will perform follow-up on all outstanding claims and assist in customer support telephone rotation. Applicants must possess medical billing, medical terminology, and ICD-9 and CPT coding knowledge. Above average customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills, computer experience, 10-key and 45 wpm typing are a must. Working knowledge of insurance rules and regulations and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and work independently are also required.
