CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Applicants should have experience with medical terminology, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle multi-line phones a plus. Data entry/computer proficiency is required. One year experience in a medical office is preferred.

CODING COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Working with the Front Desk and Coding Services Manager, the Coding Compliance Specialist will be performing auditing for coding compliance; maintaining coding standards to ensure a unified coding compliance system, adhering to the principles of CPT & ICD-9 guidelines. The Coding Compliance Specialist will also audit provider documentation for coding and policy compliance; be available for CPT and ICD-9 coding questions; provide updated information to clinic, billing staff, and providers through training; and assist with maintenance of PHMG specific coding compliance plan. The position requires 3 years of CPT/ICD-9 coding. Two years of progressive multi-specialty auditing experience is preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of PHMG billing policies and insurance rules. The position will also require the ability to train/teach providers and staff in an effective manner.
MANAGER OF IT
The position supervises a small team of support staff. The ideal candidate will be willing to be hands-on and required to work on and oversee maintenance of all information systems. Systems include clinical and billing health information systems, local area computer networks, VOIP telephone systems, and digital medical devices. Responsibilities will include information and systems security, disaster recovery, Help Desk, and internet and intranet systems. This position will require ongoing project and contract management. The position is regular Monday through Friday but occasional weekend work for special projects/upgrades will be required. Some travel between locations is required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline. Experience with Healthcare Information Systems is highly desirable. Minimum of 2 years of senior level information management and supervisory experience highly desired.
