When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid the middle of the month for the previous month's group payments.

Can anyone sell the SmartHealth product?
No, the Producer must be appointed to sell SmartHealth. The insured can also submit their application as direct.

Does it matter when the application is turned in to SmartHealth?
You must turn the application in by the last day of the month for the following month's effective date.

When do I need to sign the Acceptance Letter and submit the payment to SmartHealth?
The applicant has 10 days to sign the acceptance letter and send it in to SmartHealth with the appropriate payment.

Where do I get a new ID card?
Call your Account Executive and they will request a new ID for the member on your behalf.

How do I check to see if a new employee application was processed for enrollment?
Call your Account Executive and they will check on the status of the enrollment on your behalf.
