Primary Health Medical Group’s State Street Clinic is the only location in the Central District Health Department (CDHD) service area that offers Adult Immunizations and Titers on a walk-in basis without an appointment for patients age 19 years and up. As a courtesy, we can bill your insurance for adult immunizations.
