DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The Director of IT is responsible for all aspects of information technology and leads the organization to enhance and maintain all information systems. Systems include clinical and billing health information systems (eClinicalworks), local area computer networks, telephone systems (VOIP), and digital medical devices, and internet and intranet systems. As the HIPAA Security Officer, the Director of IT is also responsible for compliance with the HIPAA Security Rule to include training, auditing, monitoring, maintenance of physical and digital security protections, and disaster recovery. Duties also include ongoing project and contract management. Full time, M – F 8 – 5.
Candidates considered will have:
- a Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline;
- experience in administration of Healthcare Information Systems;
- a minimum of 2+ years of senior-level information management and supervisory experience;
- knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements; and
- superior verbal and written communication skills.
Venipuncture skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. Medical Assistants must have two years of experience to qualify for a position.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Applicants should have experience with medical terminology, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle multi-line phones a plus. Data entry/computer proficiency is required. One year experience in a medical office is preferred.

CODING COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
The selected candidate will be responsible for daily reports, review of internal compliance charting requirements and claim questions, coordinating the administrative process of yearly flu shots, fee schedule changes, coding updates, and managing all related cheat sheets. There will be ongoing opportunity with Capturing charges, and help with provider and clinic staff education. This position will have ongoing medical coding and chart audit growth opportunity. Applicants should be familiar with PHMG internal lab process, Lab Bill reconciliation, billing process rules, use of cheat sheets, knowledge of daily reports and some knowledge of PHMG multiple fee schedules. Excellent communication skills and data entry/computer proficiency is required. Knowledge of chart documentation elements preferred. If no coding experience, a Coding Class will be required. Two years of experience in a medical setting is required.
