CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Applicants should have experience with medical terminology, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.  Ability to handle multi-line phones a plus.  Data entry/computer proficiency is required.  One year experience in a medical office is preferred.

IMMUNIZATION COORDINATOR (LPN or RN)

Acts as the expert of State immunization protocols.  Ensures compliance and quality through education, training, and process oversight.  The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of pediatric immunizations and familiarity with the Idaho Immunization Program protocols.  The position requires the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.  Training one-on-one and in group presentations will be required.  Great organization skills are a must.
