The Caldwell Clinic has Moved!!

The Primary Health Medical Group Caldwell Clinic has relocated. This new clinic is located on Cleveland Blvd near Ustick Road in Caldwell. This clinic allows for better access for patients, while giving Primary Health the opportunity to remain in the community.
