The Caldwell Clinic Is Moving in 2012

The Primary Health Medical Group Caldwell Clinic will be relocating to a brand new clinic Summer 2012. The new clinic will be located on Cleveland Blvd near Ustick Road in Caldwell. The new clinic location will allow better access for patients, while giving Primary Health the opportunity to remain in the community. Plus, by building a new clinic, we can design the clinic from the ground up to ensure it meets the needs of our providers, staff, and patients. The clinic at 1825 Kimball Avenue in Caldwell will remain open until the new clinic is completed.
Construction has begun and the clinic is on schedule to open this summer. Watch for more information on our website.
