Rylan Chan, P.A.-C., is a seasoned healthcare professional with over two decades of experience in various medical disciplines including sports medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, cardiology, and family practice. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Provo in 1999, followed by completing the Physician Assistant program at A.T. Still University – Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2001. He is a former certified Athletic Trainer and has worked with BYU’s National Championship Volleyball team in 1999 and football team as a student trainer. He has held medical licenses in Arizona, Colorado, and Idaho. Rylan is known for listening, being steady, kind, patient, and empathetic. His dedication to patient care and holistic well-being has earned him respect and admiration from his peers in the medical community and most importantly, his patients.
Outside of medicine, Rylan keeps busy with his wife and 6 kids. He finds fulfillment tending to his hobby farm, engaging in his kid’s extracurricular activities, participating in church, enjoying outdoor activities, and indulging his love of music. Balancing the demands of his medical career with the enriching experiences of life, Rylan embodies a harmonious approach to both profession and personal interests.
